Just go to the country's toplevel domain, i.e. ebay.co.uk, login, and start selling. Works fine for me.

It doesn't work like that for Canada and it's a real fucker too because you used to be able to make good money with ebay when you could list on the American side. Also good luck getting any kind of customer service from them these days.

Ebay is a good example of trying to fix something that wasn't broken to begin with.
officially retired as of March 01 2018 but still fucking around and getting into shit.

There could never possibly BE a company with more wrong with it or its website or its service or any other aspect possibly worse than absolutely everything about eBay, since 1999
          That's their actual sales slogan
          That's how badthey are

If you sell a lot, they actually call you. Personally, I've never had any problems with ebay's CS..

If you're a big enough seller that eBay gives a fuck at all the hell about you AT ALL you must be driving Bentleys and an AERO around and playing bumper cars for fun every day with new high end bimmers

I've been dealing with them and involved with many types of eBay sellers so many times in so many ways since the beginning of time and I have never even HEARD of such a thing. All I ever see or hears is shock and awe from people who thought their eBay numbers were massive and that their sales must matter to a company like eBay at all only to end up being disappeared without so much as a this is why we suddenly mu***red you note.

That said, I have noticed that you can at least reach a human being person these days. So there could be some truth to what you're saying. But I'll believe something that sounds to me like "a unicorn impregnated a teryldactyl mid flight today" WHEN I SEE IT, you know?

I think in the past year or two what's happening is that ALL huge companies are learning the age old time tested
""Be like eBay and try to give the customer that "are we actually speaking the same language at all" feeling if they would ever contact us for any reason""
                  strategy.

Even in the late 80s when when my business was at its largest the one thing almost anyone could do was directly get me on the phone. I jerked no one around and even if the client was absolutely wrong I tended to eat the cost and make them happy.

I haven't been selling there since the beginning of time but my account is over 10 years old..

I do a few thousand a month nothing serious but I've had at least 3 calls from them over the last year asking if there was anything I needed assistance with.

I've also called them a few times with questions and had no issues getting help. In fact the only time they couldn't do something for me, was just after I hit power seller, I got dinged with 4 defects..

I made a noob mistake using their system and accidentally relisted some items that were already sold. I re-sold 4 of the items before realizing what happened.

I called them to see if they would cut me a break on the defects but they said they couldn't remove them. The ebay guy walked me though how to stop it from happening again but I still lost my power seller rating for a year..

Cant blame them on that as it was my mistake, but they were helpful in letting me know what I did wrong and how to prevent it..

Not sure why you get such bad service, but it hasn't been my experience.. I've only been selling on ebay for about a year and a half, but also sell on Amazon.

I've never even heard of anyone having good service from them. Maybe a few times back in what 1997 or so
Your attitude is good because you understand that a few dimes in monthly gross sales isn't huge
That may explain some of why you gave better luck

I sold items I didn't have, incessantly, to start my eBay ram business three years ago.. I managed to still stay 100% / five star / top rated and always got the 20% discount but it was stressful and difficult as fuck to do
                        It was worth it though

When it went to hell was when I got locked up, so it was not their fault THIS time
It wasn't eBay's fault at all on that - I just always hated them because they always fuck everyone. I have stories about them you wouldn't believe

That's the only way to run a business
                          That's exactly how I am
Did you spend $3 with me or $3000
Either way I give a fuck and you can talk with me any time

I'll drive an hour away to be sure you get taken care of I'll chase down drivers to get a shipment on the truck
I remember chasing down a driver when I missed the truck and tipping him a c note to get 30 small packages in there because fuck everything no one cares more I'll do anything it takes
