                  Advertiser boycotts is part of the 1st Amendment, not a way around it. By boycotting, the protesters are expressing their displeasure...because money talks.

                                  You misunderstand, by them stating that it is inherently your right naturally, that's what is great about america. You have the right to do anything AT ALL as long as it does not violate a future law put into place by congress or your state congress. America by way of the Declaration of Independence and the First part of the Constitution give it's citizens the right to pursue happiness in any way they please unless it is outlawed by a future law. The bill of rights was tacked on, and can be amended obviously to protect the individual citizen from having those right violated by gov't in any form unless law allows it, and these amendments put constraints on what they can make law and what they cannot. It just protects you from the government taking away something you already have by inherently being here.

                                  That is how the chinese can keep importing synthetic fentanyl into the US. They change the chemical compound just by one atom or bonding point, so it has the same affect but it IS legal because there is no law spelling out that, this specific formula is illegal. Why the DEA is always playing catch up, they have special lab and facility for trying to quickly identify new compounds so they can outlaw them.

                                  The bill of rights doesn't GIVE you your freedoms, it just protects what is already yours from gov't.

                                                              A private business can prohibit speech that it deems offensive or not in its best interests. Remedy: you are free to say what you want in the streets -- unless that said is proven as slander, or is seditious or legally prohibited otherwise.

                                                                                                                                              The last time I watched Fox News was during the Ebola virus, and they bought home a US citizen for treatment. It was utterly stupid. Instead of reporting on what was happening, they were spinning off as Obama was at fault. They were saying "Obama brought Ebola to the US and we are all going to get infected".

                                                                                                                                              Bill Oreilly is the most popular cable TV news host and I've never so much as watched him. I could care less.
