The question never was answered: are there tax solutions for the Canadian webmasters? I think I saw a checkbox on one website's join process page "check here if you're canadian" for GST but can't remember where I saw that.

You are probably just as lucky as us europeans who have to deal with VAT (no such feature)
I was actually looking for this thread, thanks for bumping it Elli. And I actually had the exact same question as Elli. Will there be some way to identify Canadian buyers, either by geoip or on the form directly where Canadians will be charged GST for their purchase?

With our regional pricing you can choose what to charge Canadian customers, you can also break down our reports to determine country of origin of the transactions as well.
