Sorry to interrupt, but I disagree that the robots.txt blocked /go/ directory is against Googles guidelines.

They do say (really talking about paid advertising links, but it should be the same, the whole page is about how to avoid passing page rank):

I might be wrong since this is not PPC, but I cannot se it is much different? Corrections are welcome if I have misunderstood.
