    So you feel justified in keeping money you didn't earn because they got mad and hurt your feelings when you didn't do the work you'd been paid for.

    The other I think you claimed you gave them half a script and kept the half of the money you'd been paid up front.

    Half a script is worthless, you took money for a complete script, deliver it or refund the money.
