I use Google DNS on some of my routers here so I will see no change
I use a VPN and our own DNS for work so I will see no change
Credit card data is sent SSL/TLS the encryption needs to be better but that data is not retained by DNS -- only the packet headers possibly if it is retained at all. Unless there is a court order in place.
If you are concerned there are options.
