just got a wii and wondering what the best add ons are?

golf is addicting as shit and i think my handicap just went from 15 to 2 in a day... need some warm weather and i can give it a shot.

what else is a cool ass game to add on?

All those games people mentioned have little replay value. Get Super Mario Galaxy. It's Mario like you've never seen before. It's an amazing vast world of galaxies, it's basically on steroids.

PES 2008 is a must for football fans!! Great commentary and graphics are very good. TopSpin 3 Tennis is goods as well, takes a while to get used to it but the rewards are great.

Mario Kart is very addictive. We got Sing along Disney as well. It's just like kareoke with points.

Has anybody tried the New Snooker game yet?

I got one of these for Christmas and I can't play the fucking thing. It's taken me a whole week to play GH "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" on easy without being booed off the stage. I also got that Mario Galaxy game and I can't even figure it out. I chase around these fucking rabbits all over the planet and I can't catch any of them. I'm ready to rip the whole thing out from the TV and throw it out the back door.

I officially suck dick and apparently have no hand/eye coordination. The only thing I like to do is bowl and play Trauma Center New Blood.

Bought a Wii around Thanksgiving and love it..

Definitely get Guitar Hero World Tour of course, (I got GH Legends of Rock & Aerosmith too.. kicks ass) Wii Play is awesome (cow racing!), Mario Kart, Mario Galaxy, Olympics, Big Game Hunter is bad ass... fav game so far tho after GH is Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, great fun with the controllers. Wii Fit is next on my list.

I recently got my Wii also, so I'm still trying out new games, here is what I've played & liked so far:

Super Paper Mario
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition (obv not for your daughter if she's young, but if you like RE games, this version is incredible)
Tales Of Symphonia: Dawn Of The New World (the game I bought the Wii for, and it was worth it) - if your daughter is old enough that she played the first one, she'll really like the sequel (if she hasn't, just buy the original Tales Of Symphonia - it was GameCube, which you can play on your Wii)

Depending on how old your daughter is, Wii Degree Big Brain Academy is cute/fun, too.

ETA: I have Super Smash Brothers, it's fun but Team Lucas always kicks my ass =(
