    How did you stock portfolio fare this year?

    If the market closed right now Im down 11.76%

    Im actually very happy with that as I bought some solid stocks at bargin prices and I know it could have been wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy worse

                                          Over all not bad, I'm in it for the long term, so market fluctuations dont affect me.You only lose if you need to cash out, even then I bought right. The market up here is not as bad by far as the States. I have a mix of Commercial and residential, so in the long term I will Clean up

                                              CAKE, GAP, CBS, DCA all up between 40 and 55%.

                                              Around 12 other stocks up between 10 to 20%.

                                              LUB and APPL held things back a bit.

                                                  Same here. I got out after 9/11, sold at a huge loss and never dared to get back in again. Bought up a bunch of RE and now no one can buy anything and the value has tanked!

                                                  Advice: Whatever I do, DO THE OPPOSITE.
