I'm a big OPEN WORLD fan and I was kinda excited about ME:Andromeda... but seeing the reviews, I'm still on the fence.
Everything is over hyped nowadays, I like simulators, open world games, and shit based off halflife, unreal tournament, quake, doom and so on, basically and generally, past and future classics. Too much crap pumped out now. My high end pc I built myself has only so many cycles of life in it and they shouldn't be wasted on shit products. imho play arma.
I stopped playing games for a long time but I'm playing some older FPS's that still have players online.. I have "Player Unknown's Battlegrounds" but sadly my laptop can't play it..
Such an awesome looking game on youtube though.. I love that it's a death match open world game that pushes everyone to a final location until there is 1 guy left as the winner..

I've been playing it a bit the last few days. Overwatch is a great game too.
I play League of Legends for a while now, guess you heard about the game already.
If I'm not playing League, I enjoy older games, such as Call of Duty 2 and 4 (Modern Warfare).
If all I want is listening to music and playing at the same time with my brain turned off, I always launch Audiosurf (really good game, but high risks of epilepsy if you are prone to it).
Just started BattleField 1 a few weeks ago. Pretty darn good.
I liked it but it runs its course pretty damn fast, eventually all you do is play online and there really isn't much more to do. Much like Starwars Battlefront.
One simple game that I have really enjoyed has been ''This War of mine'' it's simple but can be quite challenging to complete all the scenarios. Has really good replay ability.
i'm pretty sure I have played all of those.. damn.. the atari ones were so horrible. I think it helped my own game because I spent more time outside instead heh
I think my all time faves were baseball stars, base wars and ken griffey jr baseball for snes. Football was all tecmo for me.
At least GTA has move ability to play in a time wasting fucking around capacity. It's still more multi dimensional then Battlefield 1. I just found it's pretty straight forward, once you get semi decent at it there really isn't much to do but keep trying for better K/D ratio or winning games, but that becomes boring.

That's true about GTA V, not sure about Battlefield 1 as I stopped playing it after 1942, if you want multi dimensional though, check out Mechwarrior Online.
Just finished Horizon Zero Dawn and thought it was superb. Did a straight swap for Resident Evil 7 with it so gonna start playing that now. The miss has no interest in games but hoping she watches me play that so she shits herself haha
That was a good game TBH, the 1st one. Do people still play it online? That game was pre-downloaded content/pre-steam and I have no idea where my old CD is but that was a nice pretty realistic game for the most part..
Due to my laptop not being very good for gaming I'm playing older stuff. I tried to play BF3 again, but got sick of all the bunny hopping morons. I'm playing Red Orchestra 2, mostly the Stalingrad campaign maps. Overall, decent realism and the game forces team play, that and I'm a fan of the bolt action rifles. The only drawback is it has some random bugs the developer never fixed.
I love playing DayZ stand alone, but it's a game my laptop is really barely able to play. I get a lot of lag when other players get near me, which makes it very hard to not die in close quarters. It's also very buggy being "pre-beta" still after years and has a snails pace development..
