50% of the oil refined at the coastal locations where the keystone pipeline will serve is already exported. You think by some magic they will keep the extra oil pumped there here in the US? No it's just more oil to be exported..

Demand is down... most of this oil is going over seas. The original keystone pipeline serves the US refineries in the mid west.. The XL is for exporting..
