here is my story about paypal.

when i opend my paypal account i did the full approvement because there are running 6 digit numbers every month over paypal.

i have my company in switzerland and an paypal account in euro.

all customers paying to us are paying in euro.

one day i needed a bigger sum on my euro account on my german bank and tried to transfer euros there.
NOPE - not possible - as we are a swiss company we can only transfer to the swiss bank.

ok i have a euro account there too and i tried to make the transfer - NOPE as we are a swiss company we can only transfer the money in swiss francs.

that means that i have to change my euros WITH PAYPAL in swiss franks (on a gangster rate) then send the money to my swiss franks account - change it back it euros and transfer it to my euro account.

after i told them, that this can´t be correct they closed my account.

it had to be approved (what it was already)
we had to send ALL the papers again and after 10 days the account was open again.

3 days later is was closed again - WHY? it had to be approved !
but we did send the papers already twice - unfortunately this time the british office in london wanted to approve it and we had to send the SAME papers again to london.

2 weeks later the account was open again

3 days later closed - guess why ??? it had to be approved but from another department in london - we had so send the SAME papers again to the other deartement

5 days later we got a mail from this department with the question why we sent the papers our account is already approved and they did not know what they shall approve again...
another week the account was open again...

this is the way they show you NEVER COMPLAIN US !!!!
