    Firstchoicepay: How to unblock Card?

    Hey Guys.
After receiving and activating my new card from firstchoicepay, I got the message, that my card is blocked.
However, there is no hint how to unblock the card. The FAQ says nothing about it.
I already contacted their support, but never got a reply.
Has anyone of you also this problem? If so, how did you solve it?

PS: I am a payoneer customer as well. Never had any issues with them so far.
I know, my english is bad. But your german might be even worse
