Repeal the Income Tax (IRS) Amendment
Repeal the Social Security and Medicare Acts
Give every adult citizen $20,000 and the parents or guardians of every minor $6,666
And go back to Duties and Excise Taxes to pay for it all.
I can hire a peasant to till my land and sharecrop to eat. That's if his government stipend is not enough.
Or the economy collapses ...
