It's not all it's made up to be. More money, more problems. I had a guy stop by driving a real nice government vehicle a few months back. His job title was "Personal Property Assessor." His job that day was to determine how much of my property they were going to take as their own. I took his card, hopped in my truck and left. He didn't like that too much so I received a bill in the mail with a "proposal" (pay up or lose your shit)
