Actually as far as this inudstry goes, it IS a one man band. Try getting support on the outsourced phone line just to see how long it will take you until you break the phone into peices.

After one month of writing to epassporte I couldn't get basic answer. I thought it was kind of candid camera, to iritate people....at least what I can says is that Michael saved me money that I would need to spend for medicines to heal my nerves after dealing with epassporte support. Great guy.

Thats all nice, i also give kudos to michael, but what if fucking epassporte would do at least a low standard support and "customer care" ? Cause what they have now is not only low standard but we can call it zero. Michael does a great job, but his ass would not be polished this much if epassporte had an efficient support team.
