sometimes it takes hours to solve something by phone or mail with other managers. but Michael does it a way smoother.
i just think he loves his job and he does it great.

for someone it may look like something annoying and even impossible, but Michael handles it well.

There are other people also who do a good job at epassporte. It is not a one man band.

I have never dealt with Michael O but I can see he does a fine job representing epassporte and its nice to know that there is somebody who I could try if I ever had a problem that couldn't be sorted out in the normal way of things.

What people never seem to take into account when bitching about big companies' response times is the sheer volume of enquiries they get on a daily basis. I am sure they get no end of stupid questions but that said an automated numbered logging system for enquiries with estimated response times and an option to make urgent (with a list of what REALLY IS urgent) could help them manage it a bit better.

Stupid questions received from customers would make an amusing end of year thread I think.
