if you read the amount of money allocated for "marijuana eradication" compared to "missing children" and other crimes, youd be surprised.

Most police stations have a budget for marijuana eradication that far exceeds anything else they spend on.

It's big business.

There was a special on HBO, Showtime, or one of those I saw a couple of weeks back. It talked about the 'drug war' and how these government agencies sole purpose is to get more money and power. So they can keep fighting these phatom social problems when the money could be better spent elsewhere.

It was pretty detailed, and went over both the 'big business' of drug enforcement, but also the CIA's roll in it as well.

The shit makes you fucking sick.

and I wont even begin to discuss the actual fact that most "marijuana eradication" programs cull weed that wont ever be sold because its "HEMP" and not even female plants that cause a high, THC is too low of levels in male plants...

More Meth is being imported from South America and Mexico than being manufactured in California. Because California has been aggressive about shutting down domestic production and have put a dent on it. But it hasn't stopped the actual demand for the product. Ironically, this strategy has actually increased the amounts available and because the 'professionals' have taken over the industry. The product is purer and more dangerous. this is due to the fact that they are now manu because the source materials are actual chemicals and the distribution chain is a a much more organized and violent.
