I'm really happy now that I finally managed (after 3 months work) to get our Site count above 1000 TGPs and MGPs. They ALL offer Free Partner Accounts and wait for your Applications.
And additionally we have a free list for you of 250+ Sites that offer Paid Spots and Partner Accounts
Overall we've almost 3600 TGPs and MGPs listed in our Databases (unfortunately lot's of them have their application forms turned of), and growing by ~10 each day, so keep checking by, hopefully we're going to pass 1100 active ones soon
