Any normal employer pays the same for the job, difference is due to different jobs being done by men and women. Also (just guessing, might be wrong) average man is smarter (in terms of logical smarts etc) than a woman, so naturally average man earns a bit more.
This is idiotic "issue" invented by emotional thinking libtards. -

I think male and female nurses (as an example) are paid the same wages based on seniority and certification. You have to compare apples with apples. Men get better paying jobs than many women -- so is there is gender bias or do different work skills pay different rates.
Take a 'desk job' like customer support or data entry -- These jobs should pay the same based on hours worked, experience and skills.
