    What a difference a day makes *PIX*

    i saw Martin's thread about the cold snap out on the Canadian praries. My photog John lives out there. So today he emailed me a couple of photos he took while he was on the road - bleak desolate and -40 Celsius. But i replied back that it didn't look like much snow, I grew up in a snowbelt, this didn't impress me other than I know how cold -40 is.
    So he said that's now why I sent you the photos - he said as he was driving past this location he realized it was the exact spot he had shot Michelle just a few short months ago.

                      That is like -105 Fahrenheit. I didn't think it's possible for air on this planet to get that cold. The coldest I've experienced is about -30F (grew up in northern Minnesota) and you would be dead after about 20 minutes of exposure to -30F.

                                                                  she hasn't done that much - her bf isn't thrilled with it but she may do some more Met Art and some more shoots with Jewel. she's a very responsible girl, she does photo editing and assisting on shoots occassionally.

                                                                      Do your math again. The formula is this:

                                                                      f = 9/5c + 32

                                                                      f=9/5(-40)+32

                                                                      f= -40

                                                                      So... -40 degrees Celsius equals -40 degrees Fahrenheit.
