    FCP/PAYONEER general error message

    I know of three people who get a "GENERAL ERROR" error when they trying to send money with FCP.

    Anyone else on here having the same problem? I cant receive or make a payment.

              Started wednesday for me got the general error message when trying to use make a payment service. And yesterday 2 people tried to send money to me also general error.

              I just want to know if there's something wrong with my account or if whole of FCP is having problems. I've heard conflicting support answers varying from they are aware, they dont know.
              And one support retard told one of my designers/programmers who's waiting for a payment from me,that I never tried to make a payment to him.
              Kinda pissed about that one, luckily I've been working with that designer for years and he knows I wouldnt try to scam him.
