      He's actually a really good businessman...some people are "offended" by his frontal assault...but knowing him he would just say do yourself....don't worry about what everyone else does

      I will disagree with you on your reference to Castaneda - he was not an entrepreneur and that advice would never be heeded by one....entrepreneurs are obsessed - just a fact and the only way they succeed

      At least that Gary V doesn't try to sell you some master class or pyramid scheme - he just documents what he does - gotta give someone respect that isn't constantly trying to sell you on their "next best thing to hit the internet"

              I can't name one person that achieved any level of success that did not bust their ass. This is not just business, this is life. Successful marriage, successful parent, successful brother. It takes fucking work.

                      I agree he is lucky, as he says all the time, and he is indeed, because its gansta to have a wine business coming from zero to 3 mill coming with no money from USSR in the first place. I don't like his approach on Q&A mocking people down, being harsh and actually bringing the success / hustling thing up like it's the most important thing in life. I don't like his own insecurity to burst out all over the place via bashing people around.

                          I will give him a credit for admitting everyone should decide how much one wants to work and what risk level one is ready to take. I don't see any reason to work like crazy having decenet amount of money made because business is crap actually IMO - you can paint, write, travel, cook pizza or sushi and enjoy it but making money just because is INSANE.
