Its a requirement from VISA that we follow their Know your customer rules.
You have 30 days to submit the documents if you don't want to withdraw your money before the 30 days are up.
If you don't withdraw your money before the 30 days are up your account will be blocked for outgoing transfers until you submit the documents, if you still don't want to submit the documents then we will allow you to withdraw the balance of your account and your account will be closed.

It is a problem with the USA... Not Epassporte... You would have to give similar info to any financial institution. Ever tried getting an offshore bank account lately? Everyone is afraid of USA.
