The facts are very twisted here and there's many missing pieces of this story such as letters of desperation about his 'being broke, don't let me go down' and even threats made by perry. this is going to be my only post on this matter, the rest will be handled via legal channels. C/d is filled already. If perry's so sure he got 'screwed' then i look forward to hearing from his attorney.

Your first red flag is no site will make a steady $50/day in 4-6 weeks without a good amount of traffic funneled from a trusted source, and I'm pretty sure if he was doing that, then as soon as it goes to you, it will stop.

The facts are August 13 when i gave this guy the second installment of the $5200 July 25th being the first one, it was to be 4-6 weeks for the site to be ready to hand over....it's now December 11 and fuck all has happened. As far as this legal shit..he sent me this on November 27th,
