I have got to agree with this. The guy was an adult and got into a car with someone who liked to street race and drink. They were partying and having fun. He was an adult and didn't wear a seatbelt. It's not totally Nick's fault at all. They were both making bad decisions.

No one put a gun to the kids head and told him to get in the car with a drunk kid. He made the choice on his own. Not saying he deserve what he got. He could have got in a said no. He could have taken a cab. He probably could have called one of his parents to get him if he though it wasn't a smart idea. He didn't make those choices. He got in a car. With a known car racer who had to much to drink.

I myself wasnt referring to the accident itself. Yes the kid decided to get into the car to race when they had both been drinking.
I am talking about the audio that was released after where Linda Hogan inferred that the kid deserved it because he could was "not always a nice kid" and how she couldnt understand why the mom was so upset, that they knew the kid better than his own mom. There was other audio of Hulk Hogan discussing how they could use Nick being in jail to set up another reality show so when he got out he could show everyone how the experience changed him.
That to me what is disgusting. To show no empathy for the kid who got hurt or his family and to try and use the tragic outcome to boost their careers.ICQ# 419 775 271
