    any body else thinking of cutting back their marketing budget until jan 1st?

    incoming orders were amazingly strong until the week of the wallstreet crash, then it hit a wall. We are considering cutting back most promotions intil 1-1, because otherwise, its like spending money and trading water. Hopefully after the new year people will be more receptive. Anybodys thoughts?

    only 20 days to go....its not like its gonna save you too much..whos gonna cut your ads in the middle on the month anyway?

      December is always surprisingly strong for me. You expect everyone to be busy and out of money, but on the contrary its crazy times.

        i wasnt referring to ads, but some of the more active stuff we do, phone calls/emails, im just wondering if the combination of the holidays and the recession are preventing people from considering financial changes and whether proceeding is an exercise in futility
