Gift accounts from any country can no longer send and receive p2p transfers except to the account that created the account.
Account holders living in a non-controlled country can add a US bank account or credit card and have full functionality of their account back.
Gift accounts can still receive from business accounts.

There have been no changes for affiliate accounts.

          https://www.epassporte.com/secure/js...NTRESTRICTIONS

they should exclude Philippines from the list, only filipino deisgners and small time submitter are using epass, we don't know how to fraud.

So this doesn't affect sponsor made accounts?

can my epass account get reviewed and exclude from the restrictions?

i don't do other transaction than recieving funds and withdrawing from atm, and once a year paying my domain names.

No Gift accounts is created by other personal accounts, accounts created by sponsors are Affiliate Accounts and these are not affected by this.

You can see your account type by logging in and clicking "Account Features" from the menu on the left.

that's an affiliate account, not a gift.. gift is spawned from a user's account is my understanding.

Yes the only way to be able to receive and send p2p transfers is if you can add a credit card to your account.
