When you contact Judy (or Jan), make sure you ask the right questions, tell them what you need, what you offer and what you expect. So they can advise you properly.

There are ways in your account to block every individual traffic source, so if you invest some time in your account stats, you can test/try/block all sites and work to a system that is optimal for you (since every site or service is different within the adult online industry).

You'll see almost 69.000 clicks were sold from Brazil yesterday.
Apparently somebody is buying them but I doubt it are high click prices.
So the answer is; yes, they are worth something.

I tried Ero-advertising as a publisher once and got a payout rate of only a few cents CPM. I removed them pretty quickly. Guess they don't have a big inventory.
