                                                                I am not really sure why they are so poorly run nowadays as it appears from threads like this

                                                                                                                        so, I just checked my epassporte account to find out they even have stopped to make epass payments since 09 Mar 2009.
                                                                                                                        GGW was "zombie" program (it looked dead and nobody was running a show), so no surprise they stopped to pay at all. time to move and pull down some links.
