THEORY: There are two (or three?) "Lady Gagas". The one who can actually sing (the 'original'?) was at the piano. No way someone can change costumes THAT fast. Plus it's been reported that when "she" ("they"?) tour there are discrepancies in the Tour schedule. As in, two simultaneous shows (one in Georgia, one in Texas, for example).

Therefore: There are two (or three?) Lady Gaga's. Also why "she" (they?) wear so much extreme makeup and costumes and hats and shades.
