maybe they added new restriction? because 2 days ago I could send money there no problem... and another thing, i'm trying to send money to my buddy in the same country and it says "The Account Holder you are trying to send money to is not able to receive transfers from non-Business Accounts." wtf ?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the account holder you are trying to send money to is not able to receive trasnfers from non-Business Accounts (personal accounts). Just a guess.

Look in Account features it explains what your account can do and can't do.

I'm having the same problem.. called the phone number and the indian chick said the account looks fine.. tried to send a dollar to most of the people on my list and got the same error
