this people who could not enter today HAD a valid visa and when they wanted to call their lawyers they got told "call donald trump" so are THIS the rights what americans are so proud on and who are guaranteed to EVERYBODY who have his feed on US ground? or are laws and constitution in US only a piece of paper ? if so i think everybody should write down his own laws and follow them.

Here's the difference between migrants and refugees.
Refugees go home after the war has finished. How many of these refugees will return after ISIS is crushed?
The problem is most are not from war zones.
Very few apply for asylum in the first safe country they arrive in. In fact they travel through safe countries for economic reasons.
The people of these countries will rebel soon against the policies of the liberal politicians who are safe from the effects of mass migration.
Unless Right Wing Governments get into power. These refugees will start to become citizens of EU countries.

so i think practicly does not happen what you theoreticly assume.
i am with you when it comes to the point that we have too many imigrants who try to get money from the social systems without doing a thing for the country. i am also with you when it comes to the point that this immigration policies are opening the doors for terrorists and people who did not come because they want to respect our culture.
but the answers the politicians gives on that are too easy and too much inspired of the thoughts from people eho do not ahev a clue how complicated this world is and how many factors are influenced by a wrong single action.
in fact voter (who do not have a clue about this things) voting people (who know about it) in the goverments to let them do the job in a way how it should not be done.

Let's see how it works. Merkel said "you are welcome", "wir schaffen das".
And than millions came to Europe. But now they don't want them anymore.
Now Trump says, "Stay away, America First".
Let's see if that helps and refugee stay away.

Canada now says, "You are welcome here" as a reaction to Trump.
So when Europe is lucky, they just fly the refugees to Canada!
They want the refugees and than everybody is happy.
Europe was also reacting on coming elections in the Netherlands, France and Germany.
So the eu want to get rid of the ferries that pick up refugees for the coast of Libya and Turkey. That idea of picking up refugees for the coast was so they wouldn't drown. But now used as Taxis. The EU is afraid anti-refugess will get a lot of votes and that is why they want to stop it now. The support for refugees shrinked a lot the last 2 years and the EU wants to be sure that the elections are won bij the left wing parties. And than they have another 4 years to screw up.
65% of the refugees haven't has a job after 10 years. Penquins never get work, only benefits.
But it is the culture and other problems that people have enough of.
Stopping the war in Syria together with Assad, Turkey, Russia, USA, Europe is the best solution.
