              Even worse, Trump banned the USDA employees from speaking publicly about USDA business.

              The USDA administers the food stamp program and ensures food plant health and cleanliness standard with inspections.

              Trump is about to find out that he is not the CEO Dictator and that civil servants have guaranteed rights of speech. Court actions may be prepared and filed -- if they are Trump will lose this round bad.

              Government employees work for the American people not Trump

                      I think it's a given there will be a stand still of Washington DC due to protest. I'm betting it will make Occupy WS look tame this spring. When people get smart and start harassing his business interest it will be even more fun.

                      We can pretty much destroy his hotel chains phone networks with robo calls.. He's making far too many enemies out of "the people" at his current pace.. Even using social network to keep his phone lines busy non-stop will be extremely disrupting for his business hotel chains. I for one have zero issues taking advantage of all those business interest he has..

                      He is very dumb doing shit like this.. He's just burying himself. This type of shit the environmentalist will not take sitting down and that's where the loony left comes from.

                          As an interested party, with legal standing as an affected party, you can challenge the constitutionality of any Executive Order in federal court. This would include a governmental workers union filing with a few affected workers claiming harm.

                          Yale Law Journal - Executive Orders in Court

                          There are 152 case citations.
                          This should go to the courts there is a real constitutional free speech issue of national importance IMO.
