you have already achieved the maximum from many hours of hard work on all of your good domains that now you want to spend some time on a crappy domain to try and earn 25 cents an hour for your efforts with adsense?

my advice is to buy a better domain if you are looking to spend even a minute or two on a new project, why bother putting time into garbage?

yes, it was so expensive.. $5! Like I said, I don't care if the domain is crap. Any domain can be made profitable if you use it right. After all, I'm not the one asking $500k for milf.ORG so your opinion means shit to me. Many people laughed at milliondollarhomepage.com, but I'm pretty damn sure that the owner made a nice chunk of change with it.

now, if I came her trying to sell this domain for some insane amount I would understand people posting negative comments, but this is not the case. I feel sorry for the idiot that buys the domain mention off you for $500k. Then again, I don't think that there's anyone stupid enough.

this has nothing to do with adsense. I couldn't care less about adsense. you may think that this domain is crap, but it can still be made into something useful and profitable. Any domain can actually. What may be a waste of time to one person is a gold mine to another. All I did was start this thread to get some rough ideas. What's the harm in that?

unfortunately there are to many people that only look at a domain if it's a word or something that is searched for a lot and not for what it could be. If more people got OUT of the box we'd have more successful people in the world. I may not be successful, but I'm trying everything that I can to achieve it. No matter what others may say, "it sucks", "what a waste" and so on and so forth it doesn't deter me from trying things.

generally though, I don't really like a domain with a numeral in it, and if you did come up with a "gold mine" idea you might be able to buy a better name to use for that gold mine idea

This is true... if you can afford to strike out and continue wasting your time. Now if you believe your time is worth something, you'll see why everyone might be reacting in this fashion. It's just about what is acceptable ROI...
