A friend invited us to a party at a house by the beach and I was a little leery since I didn't know the house owners. But I'm so glad I went!
There were just about 25 people total, and my friend had cooked ALL the food, so she was in her right to invite whoever she wanted
We all sat at a long table, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, chatting with the friendliest people. My son hooked up with two little girls about his age (3 years old) and they ran around the yard like banshee indians and had a terrific time.
It's been my best Thanksgiving in years!
