                                Sorry for your loss Tony.. Just remember the happy days... I lost my father 9 years ago to cancer he was only 48! .. I just recently been to 3 funerals within 3 weeks of each other..pretty crazy... the holidays are always the toughest.

                                                    Sorry to hear that. I went through something similar with my dad six years ago; I was with him when he died from emphysema. I felt lucky to be with him, but I'm still grieving all these years later. It's been a hard memory to live with being the only family member there when he passed away.

                                                    I know it's normal as adults to have to deal with the death of parents, but it's amazing how little we really talk about it. Take it easy - it's tough and can take longer to process than anyone prepares you for.
