Tasty Dollars fhgs triggering Google spyware alerts?

Have been looking at some TD fhgs, and saw their domains being added in questionable sites list. Have they been hacked or something? Or does tastydollars install spyware?

I get it too with this explanation...

"Of the 130 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 19 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2008-11-26, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2008-11-23.

Malicious software includes 43 exploit(s). Successful infection resulted in an average of 4 new processes on the target machine.

        Malicious software is hosted on 4 domain(s), including mmcounter.com/, thebigtoplite.cn/, ff-freehosting.com/.

5 domain(s) appear to be functioning as intermediaries for distributing malware to visitors of this site, including kim.org.pl/, mmcounter.com/, bestpicturemedia.cn/."
