ok, i'm determined to keep http://youjav.com afloat.... as noted earlier, it eats around 1TB for 30~40,000 uniques a month.....and my current server cannot keep up with the growing figures.

i will give a permanent ad space and 20% of future earnings, if someone can get it hosted on a dedicated server as soon as possible. you have to do no work...i will maintain, fix, do the grunt work, promote, and make sure traffic grows....

prepare a written agreement, and it will be a done deal.

now i have to see how to fix that

your thumbs are all different sizes

you have banners for every dating site out there, why not stick to one?

you say youre up for doing grunt work but show me 1 other tube site out there with shitty thumbs, there are none, and this one has been like that forever

not to mention it downloads some virus or something onto your surfers computer and now this asian voice is playing over and over

And if the site doesnt make enough to go dedicated, who in their right mind would take lame ad space that clearly doesnt work, plus 20% of sweet fuck all, in order to pay for your server?

It's been a long time since I had to do a conversion but off the top of my head isn't 1TB about 3 megs a sec? You can get solid dedicated servers that include that much bandwidth easily for $70-100 a month.

I was told 320 gig a month is about 1 mbps, so yeah, he only needs 3.2 mbps. Hardly going to break the bank. I have a server with 6 mbps for $170 a month.

you need to scratch that site and start again

1. remove all the videos you don't own or have permission to use.

2. display shorter videos from sponsors that you can display corresponding affiliate links alongside

3. add additional movies that sponsors host for you

throwing up full length movies and dating banners doesn't mean instant riches

Can you see the problem with this line of reasoning?

If you want to make youjav a success first focus on making it profitable (be creative on ways to get traffic that makes you money, cutting costs, etc).

Actually.. Maybe it's not a joke.. 30k a month is only 1k a day... taking into account it's a tube site and on top of that the attempt at advertising on the site is piss poor, it's very possible that it's making nothing. Definatly needs a revamp that focuses on selling more things..
