Those are just Trump state people enrolled with subsidies , it doesn't include their Obamacare Medicaid expansion enrolrees.
It's really no surprise TBH. Republican states are usually the biggest welfare queens. Their policies mean workers get fucked so their economies never grow. It's why most of the population flocks to the blue states, because they have good economies and lots of jobs..
