                                  you can get localized versions of ie (copies you can install in addition to your main ie install)

                                  you can get safari for windows (identical to the mac version), ff, opera, etc.

                                  I'd rather test with the real deal, I hated having to wait for browser shots to show up especially if you need to keep tweaking something.

                                  I'll look for the link for the localized copies of IE.

                                                                                  It's a paid service but it works really nice. They've got a lot of different browsers, also different operating systems (windows, mac etc). It's also very fast, only a few minutes waiting time.
