    Kinkydollars November stats/sales issue

    If you're promoting Kinkydollars, check your stats and sales for November 2016, and your payout cheque. They had an issue with the amounts attributed, which might have skewed your sales.

    The issue stems from a problem the Kinkydollars software had with decimal points. So if you made a sale of $84.99, the stats counted it as 0.84

    We emailed them on November 2016 when we noticed the issue, but the payout for that month still contained the error.

    We're waiting on their response on how they want to handle the erroneous payout.

          Thought they said the comma issue want in the database, just the sites layout.

              We recommend you download the csv for November 2016, and use Excel to double-check the result.

              When we did it on our stats we found errors. We believe the Kinkydollars stats software didn't zero-pad sales, starting on the 22nd of November 2016.

              For example, if you download the csv from the Summary tab, you'll see sales show with no decimal points, so if there's a $24.99 sale it's listed as 2499.

              The problem started on the 22nd of November, when sales were listed only as two numbers, so a sale for $84.99 would show up as 84, then when it's calculated that shows up as .84, and this throws off the total of the payout.
