i see like 5 major infractions in that pictare that he should be doing time for.

I wouldn't imagine this would affect SweetMoney at all.

the d.a. dropped 4 of the lesser charges and is going for the death penalty for the fanny pack

that's a good strategy, go for what the jury will for certain find guilty.

Max is out of jail. He may have to turn himself in if the appellate court denies the emergency appeal. We believe the court will realize the difference between fantasy and reality and understand we don't actually kidnap, torture and rape women and that Max Hardcore is actually just a character in a porn movie.

But this travesty of justice just seems to be spiraling more and more out of control with now the indictments on John Stagliano over at Evil Angel and promises by prosecutors to continue pursuing obscenity cases in which ever jurisdiction they choose.

IMHO the guy was wayyyy too freaky for my taste, but he didn't deserve to do time. The girls that did the work for him were hired consenting adults that got paid for what they did.
The were after him and they finally got him on distribution over state lines, which is a total BS charge.

Yeah especially because he didn't ship the movies. The government said the mere production of the dvds was distribution and it didn't matter how the movies got there or who actually sent them.


The part everybody here should be worrying about is that ANY jurisdiction in this country can decide what is obscene on the internet if the material can be viewed in that jurisdiction no matter where the material is being hosted.

BTW we have been converting like crazy since the trial. Everyone wants to check out what porn could get someone thrown in prison for 46 months.
