I think you are describing a pay site.
So if you can keep your content off of competing tubes, advertise effectively while filling a void in an exclusive niche then I think you can do well.
The issue is finding that exclusive niche that is lacking in the big tubes.
Hypothetical example: let's say most tubes have foot videos but none are high resolution and
none of them focus on outdoor and sandals.
Then maybe outdoor and sandals is a profitable void that you can take over with your tube.
Create your own version of the "Dogfart Maneuver" : nobody had interracial pay sites so Dogfart did it and it exploded.
Get your collection together then launch and make your money before the copycats catch on.
Your neighbor will murder you with frogs

exclusive to your tube only ? and why would paysite owner do that ?
exclusive videos are not cheap, if you are plannig to buy them for your tube site to give away for free.
and they wont be exclusive once comptetitors steal them.Comment
