It's definitely lackluster. What I would suggest you do is surf around and find sites that catch your eye and use them for inspiration. Don't COPY them, but look at what you like about them and put your own twist on it.

I would encourage you to look beyond porn websites. There's plenty of other stuff to get inspiration from. There's times I'll spend an entire day just looking around for ideas. I find all kinds of cool stuff. It may not be what I'm looking for at the time, but I'll take a screen shot for future reference.

You could also look for some free templates to use as a foundation, then modify it to suite your tastes. For example, there may be a free template out there where the design really isn't much, but the layout is really close to what you're looking for. Use it and modify it.

I really appreciate the insults so far, it's helping. Hopefully we can play again in a month or so when my site is completely re-designed and in great shape and there won't be much bad stuff to say.

I'm obviously going to re-do the ugly 200x200 thumb size, what size do you all recommend?

The thumbs could definitely be a little "dirtier" to get peoples attention...I'd throw some text in there as well. The colors are a little "Easter bunny ish", and the background is a little odd...Not exactly "turn you on".

Well, when running a site, you have to ask yourself..."what makes my site stand out among all of the other sites"? I don't see your site standing out at all. It's just another TGP site. I think you should work on the background color. I don't like that light green at all. I also don't like the blue text on the light green background. You want your text to stand out as much as possible....while still looking nice. I also don't like the fonts that you are using. If it were me, I would get a redesign done to it.

Also, you should sign up with the affiliate program True Amateur Cash. I took a look at your "amateur" category and to me, those girls do not look amateur at all. If you want some REAL amateur girls then be sure to check out the affiliate program for the paysite True Amateur Models. ? You need to create a new logo that is not so vector. ?haSelect colors that don't look 16-bit, try a light cyan instead of Turqiose
? Design a nice navigation for home | join etc and have a sub nav for the catagories, can even be a drop down menu.
? webmaster and 2257 and privacy policy should be on bottom
? banner/ads should move to right side and now be in turquoise table.
? Should redesgin the site using CSS and try not to use any tables.
? Background should be neutral and non conflicting.
?haGet rid of the RGB blue links and design a smoother color palette.
