Gayish happy sounding track "Amnesia"... I like this one, took a few times for it to grow one me but now I really like it

I like most of britney's songs but I really hate this one "If U Seek Amy". It sounds annoying... A lot of people like this one tho and say its the catchiest song on the album...
I also read that this song is supposed to be "naughty" but i dont know what the fuck it's about.. Who is "Amy"? What is Amy suppose to symbolize? I don't get it.
