Found a good programmer who's also good with Flash on scriptlance.com. Tried a few other services but they were full of Indians quoting us a ridiculously low hourly rate but incredibly long delivery times, which in the end would end up costing us many times over than what we eventually ended up paying.Whitehat is for chumps

We do not need permits to design or city approval nor got licenses to design.
From what I understand he wants someone to do some flash work.
Right? I never heard of a freelance guy working for a company, they call them consultants if they are being commissioned by a company right?
Freelancer is me. I work for me.
Independent of any company or organization.
Most all designers in porn are Freelancers even if they got a company.
