TEVS customers who aren't completely satisfied?

I know at least 90% of you are certainly happy with your purchase. This is not intended to flame TEVS in any way. This is about improving my product

What I'm trying to do is simplify my administration while keeping plenty of features in place. I am going to give away ONE copy of my system to the first person who owns a TEVS site but wants to see something better come into the market and can help dream up features.

If you absolutely love TEVS and don't want to try anything else please move along. Added competition will eventually help improve TEVS anyway ;)

What I'm looking for:
Feedback on how to improve current features and new ideas of things that I need to add!

The current release I have together isn't as easy to use as this next update. The release being sent out will be a current dev build which will later be upgraded to the release build when it does come out. I'm focusing on making things easier to use for this next update.

An important feature for me with any sponsor-hosted-video tube site would be the ability to set up a few dozen sites fairly quickly and easily and not have to spend $$$$ for script licensing.

we've been over this before, I have server licenses available but for $100 you're not going to be able to toss up a hundred sites.

see, this is the shortcoming I see with the whole current "tubesite mentality" in adult, the people writing the scripts want us to see it as the webmaster being able to get in the game with the redtubes and pornhubs and megarotics and start to build some of that huge tube traffic, but the reality is that these 2 minute glorified tgp/mgp sites should be looked at with a volume mentality...

Tubes are dead. The new thing now is sending free DVDs with 6gb content to surfers and selling the email to CE and Weg to make the $ back

You're not really the TEVS type customer. My tube script is centered around blending traditional tube stuff with sponsored content.

My sponsor import I'm focusing on using that on MANY different tube scripts. Mixing in 2+ minute sponsored videos with other videos is certainly a new wave coming through.

If somebody wants to roll out a ton of niche sites they can get a hold of me on server licenses. I will let any INDIVIDUAL roll out as many sites as they can handle on a single server for only $500. This is NOT a reseller license.

haha I'M 100% TEVS just wish he would allow for user submitted but with only approval first by webmaster! *shrugs* but I tried ya shit, and had no problems setting up Tevs on 2 different servers but your stuff it will take a act of god to set it up, fuck that! Enjoy

the things that have always kept me from building a tube site

1. i hate the idea of giving someone free porn
2. i hate the idea of paying for bandwidth for some 16 year old kid to come and jerk off
3. instead i can just set up 5 wordpress blogs that will take less bandwidth and take less time to set up and populate for the next 2 months, they will also probably make more money
4. i dont like to compete with tubes that offer 30 min + videos and buy content to fill their tube sites because i really dont like to pay for people to look at porn, i would rather people paid me to look at porn
5. ive seen tons of surfer forums where people make fun of 'fake tubes' with only 2 minute long videos

so if there is a way to just put up a tube site that takes less work than a wordpress blog then why not, but as soon as it starts being any bit of a hassle i shy away from it and do something else

Yes, beta testers have done pretty well. Except 2 of them which have fallaw alseep and no where to be seen or heard.

v1.1 comes with a new import system iv been working on for months. It's now up to 130,000 videos from about 10 sponsors. More are being added each day. You will be able to search by site name or niche for the required videos. Full list of features soon, but I can asure you there will be no need to use farkedup's import after v1.1.

I'm certainly interested in seeing the feature set. I've been working on my import system for not much more than a month now so I really don't think it'll take me long to close the gap after your 1.1 comes out.

Bring it on! I'm stocked up on mountain dew and skittles... pulling out a new template and another import addon to go with a simplified admin panel this week.

I ask because as of to date there is only a few that are unsatisfied and that's generally because they didn't understand what TEVS does before purchasing or they thought it came with a personal full time designer/code at the beck and call.

No tube wars here. I get along with Konrad and Godsmack, both of which are selling tube scripts too. I talk to both have have no issues with them.

I can't say the same for farkedup though.

Trying to talk trash about my script having 2 encoded files VS your script having nearly everything encoded doesn't make any sense at all.

I'd be completely open to a full audit of my code from a third party such as k0nrad 100% unencoded if you would be. I have nothing to hide. Find a trustworthy, neutral third party and I'd be glad to have a full audit. My new tube script revision is almost completed with the new admin.

I've pushed back the release of my new tube script revision because people keep giving me good ideas on what to add or change. Hopefully when it does come out it will be a major improvement over previous releases.
