                                                          Best to use a ATM inside a bank or just outside the bank, the ATMs at 7-11 and so on should be carefully checked before they are used.

                                                              I'm in Thailand and use mine all the time. The only problem I've had is a machine sometimes won't take it, but thats a rare event. Also, like DWB said, make sure your careful using the ATMs over here because they are doing some SERIOUS scamming.
