Is babe10.com a good domain name? I bought it a while back and never used it but was thinking about starting up a babe TGP with it. It is simple and the 10 seems to indicate 10/10, or perfect, babes. What do you think?

BTW, I don't care if you guys insult the domain name. The point of this thread is to see your comments, good and bad. I have had some of the worse domain names ever. My first one sucked ass (newbie mistake) and still sucks ass. I already know GFY filled with negativity anyway.

) It was the simpliest 'babe' domain name I could find. It's hard to find 'add-ons' to good single work domain names. Of course www.babe.com is taken, so where do you go next? www.nudebabes.com must be gone, www.babegalleries.com gone, etc... they are all long. www.babe10.com was the shortest I could find that still sounded half-decent.

I am of the opinion that a domain name does not have the importance that many people seem to place upon them. In my opinion babe10 is as good as most for a TGP site or other types of sites as well. HQ - Personally, I thikn it's fine. A domain doesn't mean dick. The big boys aren't there because of the domain name. The hun is a perfect example. The green Guy, al4a, elephant list, none of this screams "EASY PLACE TO GET FREE PORN!"

I give Babe10.com a 7.2. You could do a lot with it, but it won't take you anywhere without a great site behind it. Good luck with the site, if you decide to work to make it something big, it might get there.

IMHO a domain name has to be evaluated in two areas:
1) Type in attraction - will anyone type in babe10.com just to see what's there? Sex.com rocks because thousands of people per day type it in.
2) Branding - this is more important for non-adult sites looking to run radio or TV ads and make sure people don't forget what they hear by the time they get home. Also for word of mouth.
I guess there is a third... search engine relevance - does it help you get up on listings? This is more complex to answer and it all depends on your skills with SE spamming anyway.

Definitely good points. I think the typein attraction is practically gone, so I look for SE spots and also becuase I traffic trade, the 'look'. I could not believe how much the title "Sexy Teacher" pulled in one of my recent trades.
