There's a simple way of solving this all out.
1. Don't do biz with TPD
2. Don't do biz with sites that do biz with TPD.
In the end let them look if it's worth more to do biz with just TPD alone or do biz with anyone/all they want.Comment

Realistically, everyone has a choice regarding how they do business and with whom they do business.
If people find it more beneficial to work with TPD, then they should do so. If people find it more beneficial working with others instead, then they should. No one is forcing anyone to do, or to not do, business. And certainly TPD can choose how he wishes to run his business anyway he sees fit, as can anyone else.
It's all about choices, and we're all free to make the ones that benefit us the most.
That said, and I am fairly certain I've said it earlier... there's enough pie around for everyone. In the end, you have to do what you feel is best for YOUR business, both long and short term.

I would like to report this website for breaking Google guidelines by both buying and selling links in order to influence Google SERPs (search engine result pages).
In addition, the webmaster in charge of this website is also engaging in unfair competition practices by denying listing on his website unless the person removes all links and ads to his competitor websites. This webmaster is trying to create a monopoly on "link directory" websites by pushing all other webmasters out of this niche through unfair competition practices.

I had the basic script in 2005, does exact what the WP version does
It was very simple written, but very effective also. It scored amazing good in Google for some reason.
it was on a unbelievable amateur domain placed, i am not good with names, never was, but the time machine still has it, good old times....
It made me sub domains and through a online WYSIWYG editor I made landing pages
combined it with a few funnel campaigns, and party all day long.
Login Area - also for third party webmasters who wanted to work on subdomain
And here a sort of top list with daily visitors
